The Substance Abuse Counseling Center (SACC) mission is to provide drug and alcohol services to active duty military, retirees, and their family members aboard MCLB Barstow. The services offered include:

• Training and education intervention
• Community outreach
• Suicide prevention intervention
• Screening and assessment
• Treatment
• Smoking cessation classes
