Services Offered
The Civilian Employee Assistance Program (CEAP)’s mission is to provide education and assistance to our Civilian marines and their families working at MCLB Barstow. CEAP’s goal is to maintain a highly efficient and effective workforce. CEAP services include:
- Assessment
- Supervisor Consultation
- Confidential Short-Term Counseling
- Interventions
- Prevention Education Classes
- Information and Referral
- Management Consultation
CEAP Staff
The CEAP is staffed with people who care about people.
This program is designed to help employees resolve personal problems that are or can interfere with their ability to perform their work. That can range from having a question about some community based program to needing help with a drug or alcohol problem.
