Financial Management Program

The Personal Financial Management Program provides information about personal finances and how you can improve their financial situation. Ask the program manager how to get out of debt, how to buy a house, how to invest for retirement, and much more. Individual planning is available for military, retired military, and civilian DoD employees aboard MCLB Barstow.
